Efran Paredes
I found Efran Paredes' blog this morning. This is what it says:
"Efren Paredes, Jr. is a 33-year-old Latino male who has been wrongly imprisoned since age 15. He received three life sentences for a 1989 murder and armed robbery he did not commit in St. Joseph, Michigan, USA; a crime others have plead guilty to and admitted involvement in."There's also a related Web site with a lot of information.

The case of Efren Paredes, Jr. is one of the most egregious cases of injustices in the history of the State of Michigan. Efren has been wrongly imprisoned since age 15 for a crime he did not commit and was sentenced to die in prison.
People are urged to visit Efren's web site at www.4Efren.com to learn more about this deplorable injustice and invite others to read the site as well. You are also encouraged to sign Efren's online petition for justice at www.petitionspot.com/petitions/4Efren to express your support.
With the necessary support collectively we can demand that justice be done in this case and work to prevent future recurrences. No one should be put through this experience and we need to ensure that we protect our fellow citizens from judicial, prosecutorial and police misconduct that robs them of their liberties unjustly.
You can make a difference!
